The Blues extended our lead at the top of the Barclays Premier League table to six points following a 1-1 draw against Southampton at Stamford Bridge.
Diego Costa had given us an early lead when he met a Branislav Ivanovic cross and headed past Fraser Forster, but the visitors equalised shortly after when Dusan Tadic converted from the penalty spot after Nemanja Matic had brought down Sadio Mane.
Ronald Koeman’s side had the better of it beofre the break, with Thibaut Courtois making three important saves.
After the break, however, we became more of an attacking threat and came closest to winning it. Oscar was denied twice by Forster, Diego Costa struck a post and substitute Loic Remy saw a volley cleared off the line late in the game.
