HOLLY Holm has pulled off the upset of the year, knocking out Ronda Rousey in Melbourne to claim the UFC bantamweight championship in the second round of their blockbuster match.
The Etihad Stadium crowd were stunned as Holm who produced the biggest upset in the history of MMA just 59 seconds into the second round.
Holm rocked Rousey with a nasty left leg kick to the head which floored the champion.
Rousey was out cold leaving referee Herb Dean with no choice but to call the fight and crown a new title holder.
