Green’s final stat line of 13 points, 10 assists and 15 rebounds made him the first Warriors player to get three consecutive triple-doubles since Tom Gola did so during the 1959-60 season. Furthermore, Green is just the 15th player in NBA history to achieve this rare three-peat.
Green’s brilliance complimented stellar nights from the Splash Brothers. Both Stephen Curry and Klay Thompson finished with 30 points, combining to go 11-for-21 on 3-pointers.
