Dortmund began to tick again after the introduction of Jadon Sancho and the Englishman play a vital role in sealing Dortmund’s win. His run from the halfway line to the Wolfsburg box was followed by a simple pass to Hakimi and the wing-back powered a shot past Koen Casteels. Wolfsburg substitute Felix Klaus was shown a red card in the final 10 minutes after a check from Video-Assist on a challenge made on Manuel Akanji.
