Tadej Poga\u010dar ha vuelto a ampliar su contrato con el UAE Team Emirates, a\u00f1adiendo otros dos a\u00f1os a su contrato actual para llevarlo hasta el final de la temporada 2026.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El campe\u00f3n del Tour de Francia tiene ahora un contrato de seis a\u00f1os, el m\u00e1s largo de todos los ciclistas del pelot\u00f3n profesional, lo que refleja la importancia del esloveno de 22 a\u00f1os para el futuro del equipo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The Tour de France champion is now effectively on a six-year contract, the longest of any rider in the pro peloton, reflecting the importance of the 22-year-old Slovenian to the team’s future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poga\u010dar recently brought home the overall title at the team’s home race, the UAE Tour, after which he put pen to paper on the new deal. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poga\u010dar turned professional with UAE Team Emirates in 2019 and made an instant impact. After winning the Volta ao Algarve and Tour of California, the team handed him a long-term extension in June, taking him through to the end of 2023. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In May 2020, after he won three stages and finished on the final podium at his first Grand Tour – the Vuelta a Espa\u00f1a – he signed another extension, this time adding another year. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Poga\u010dar went on to win the Tour de France in September last year, storming the penultimate-day time trial to snatch the yellow jersey from his compatriot Primo\u017e Rogli\u010d. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
