Westwood opened the scoring for Burnley on 35 minutes with a low finish from Matej Vydra’s pull-back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Wood doubled Burnley’s lead a minute before the break, rifling an unstoppable shot into the top corner after Josh Brownhill had slotted the ball into his path on the edge of the area.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Scott Parker replaced defender Kenny Tete with striker Josh Maja at the start of the second half as Fulham tried to battle their way back.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aleksandar Mitrovic twice went close with headers before Andre-Frank Zambo Anguissa crashed a shot against the underside of the bar after 70 minutes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Burnley nearly added a third through substitute Jay Rodriguez, whose shot was saved by Alphonse Areola.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The win moves Burnley up to 14th on 39 points.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
