Dubai – The 7th edition of the Globe Soccer Awards will take place on December 27th, 2016, in Dubai. Famous celebrities and prestigious nominees from the soccer world will once again attend the yearly event.
In the previous edition, Lionel Messi was awarded – for the first time by Globe Soccer – best number ten of the world and, just like Cristiano Ronaldo in the preceding year, he went on to receive the European Footballer of the Year award two weeks later, on January 11th, 2016.

y como nota destacada el arbitro Salvadoreño Joel Antonio Aguilar se encuentra entre los nominados a esa distinción. entre Tecnicos y Equipos no hay americanos.
