SUNRISE, Fla. – Spencer Knight hizo 36 salvamentos en su debut en la postemporada de la Copa Stanley, y los Florida Panthers derrotaron a los Tampa Bay Lightning 4-1 en el Juego 5 de la Primera Ronda de la Copa Stanley en BB&T Center el lunes.
«Para mí, lo abordé como en cualquier otro juego de hockey, como mi primer juego, el segundo juego aquí, sea lo que sea, todo fue más o menos lo mismo», dijo Knight. «Estaba un poco nervioso, pero me acordé de jugar hockey. Controlé lo que pude y me divertí».

MacKenzie Weegar y Patric Hornqvist tuvieron un gol y una asistencia cada uno, y Aleksander Barkov y Jonathan Huberdeau tuvieron dos asistencias cada uno para los Panthers, el segundo sembrado de la División Central de Discover.

«For me, I just approached it like I did every other hockey game, like my first game, second game here, whatever it may be, it was all pretty much the same,» Knight said. «I was a little nervous, but I remembered just to play hockey. I controlled what I can and just had fun.»
Game 6 of the best-of-7 series is at Tampa Bay on Wednesday.
MacKenzie Weegar and Patric Hornqvist each had a goal and an assist, and Aleksander Barkov and Jonathan Huberdeau each had two assists for the Panthers, the No. 2 seed in the Discover Central Division.
«It was awesome,» Barkov said. «Awesome atmosphere. Awesome feeling. We were excited to play, and a good result too. We’re excited to go to Tampa right now.»
