AMSTERDAM (June 5, 2015) – The U.S. Men’s National Team recorded a win for the history books with a 4-3 come-from-behind victory against the Netherlands – its first win in five games against the European soccer power – at the Amsterdam Arena. Trailing 3-2 in the final minutes of the game, the U.S. turned the match on its head as Danny Williams and Booby Wood each scored their first career goals for the USA in a two-minute span. Gyasi Zardes got the U.S. on the board with his first career goal for his country to send the match into halftime locked at one-all. after a pair of quick strikes put the Netherlands up early in the second frame, John Brooks notched just his second international goal to set the stage for the USA’s historic come back.
