OTTAWA — The Florida Panthers extended their team-record winning streak to 11 games with a 3-2 victory against the Ottawa Senators at Canadian Tire Centre on Thursday.

Reilly Smith, Vincent Trocheck and Aleksander Barkov scored for the Panthers (25-12-4). Roberto Luongo made 30 saves.

Max McCormick, with his first goal in the NHL, and Milan Michalek, back in the lineup after missing 16 games with a broken finger, scored for the Senators (19-16-6). Craig Anderson made 13 saves.

The Panthers have given up eight goals in their past seven games and 14 during their winning streak, which is the longest in the NHL this season, and the longest since the Boston Bruins won 12 games in a row during the 2013-14 season.

The Panthers tied their record for consecutive road wins with five.
