The Warriors remained undefeated at home this season after earning a 115-94 victory over the visiting Utah Jazz on Wednesday night. Klay Thompson led all scorers with 23 points. Marreese Speights added a season-high 16 points off the bench, while Stephen Curry recorded a double-double with 12 points and 10 assists. With the win, Golden State improves to 57-6 on the season.
Trey Burke’s layup trimmed the Warriors’ lead to 43-41 with 1:13 remaining in the half, after which, Curry stole the show. He sank another three-pointer on the ensuing possession, and then, after gathering a rebound in the defensive corner in the final handful of seconds, he unleashed and banked in a half-court buzzer-beater. Curry ran off the court and into the locker room in celebration, taking a 52-41 advantage with him.
