The light heavyweight title unification bout pitting Bernard Hopkins against Sergey Kovalev is official, following both men tipping the scales on Friday.
The two-fight main card will air live on HBO and takes place at the Boardwalk Hall in Atlantic City, N.J.
Hopkins versus Kovalev is a 12-round unification bout for the IBF, WBA and WBO light heavyweight world titles, and is presented by Golden Boy Promotions and Main Events Promotions.
