NEW YORK — Ben Bishop made 22 saves, and the Tampa Bay Lightning scored twice in the third period in a 2-0 win against the New York Rangers in Game 7 of the Eastern Conference Final on Friday at Madison Square Garden.
Alex Killorn and Ondrej Palat scored for the Lightning, who advanced to the Stanley Cup Final for the first time since 2004. They will face the winner of Game 7 of the Western Conference Final between the Chicago Blackhawks and Anaheim Ducks, which takes place Saturday at Honda Center (8 p.m. ET; NBC, CBC, TVA Sports).
