NEWARK, N.J. — Five Florida Panthers players had multipoint games, and goalie Al Montoya made 15 saves in a 5-1 win against the New Jersey Devils at Prudential Center on Thursday.

Brandon Pirri led the Panthers with a goal and two assists. Jussi Jokinen, Dmitry Kulikov, Reilly Smith and Logan Shaw also scored; Jokinen and Shaw each had an assist. Vincent Trocheck and Corban Knight each had two assists.

Smith has a goal in three straight games and four in his past five. Pirri has at least a point in five straight games, including two goals. Jokinen has scored two points in consecutive games. Kulikov’s goal was his first in 42 games, dating to March 5.

The Panthers (16-12-4) have won two in a row, three of their past four and seven of their past nine on the road. They also defeated the New York Islanders 5-1 at Barclays Center on Tuesday.

Florida finishes its four-game road trip at the Carolina Hurricanes on Friday.

El portero Cubano-Americano Al Montoya ogro su tercera victoria consecutiva al detener 15 de 16 disparos de los Devils…contando con un extraordinario respaldo a la ofensiva con goles de Jussi Jokinen y Dimitri Kulikov en el primer periodo…en el segundo fue Brando Pirri quien anoto para el 3-0…en el tercer y ultimo periodo apareció Reiley Smith con su decimo gol de temporada…..Sergei Kalynin daño la blanqueada a Montoya y cuando los Devils salieron a tratar de reducir diferencias, con la porteria sola Logan Shaw anoto su tercer gol de temporada para el que seria el 5-1 final.
