Forward Jaromir Jagr was reassigned by the Calgary Flames to Kladno in the Czech Republic on Monday.
Jagr, 45, had seven points (one goal, six assists) with the Flames, but has missed 27 games because a lower-body injury; he last played Dec. 31.

Jagr has played 1,733 NHL games, including 22 this season, his first with the Flames. Jagr signed a one-year, $1 million contract Oct. 4 as an unrestricted free agent.

Jagr is second all-time in points (1,921) behind Wayne Gretzky (2,857), third in goals (766) behind Gretzky (894) and Howe (801), and fifth in assists (1,155). He’s 14 assists behind fourth-place Ray Bourque; Gretzky leads with 1,963. Jagr also is the all-time leader with 135 game-winning goals.
Jagr won the Stanley Cup in 1991 and 1992 with the Pittsburgh Penguins, who selected him No. 5 in the 1990 NHL Draft, and was named to the NHL All-Rookie Team in 1990-91 after he had 57 points (27 goals, 30 assists) in 80 games.
